Description

Quick and crispy air fryer chicken coated with parmesan and panko breadcrumbs, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lightly coat the chicken breasts with olive oil. Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture. Customize with different breadcrumbs for varied textures.
