- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Lightly coat the chicken breasts with olive oil. Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture. Customize with different breadcrumbs for varied textures.
