Description
A quick and easy quesadilla recipe made in an air fryer, featuring crispy tortillas and gooey cheese.

- 2 large Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup Cooked Chicken, diced (optional)
- 1 tbsp Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Place one tortilla on a flat surface.
- Sprinkle half the cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Add the diced chicken if you’re using it.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Cover with the second tortilla.
- Brush melted butter on both sides of the quesadilla.
- Place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes, flip it over, then cook for 3 more minutes.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for better melt quality. Keep fillings modest to avoid spills.
