Description

A festive cake filled with sweet strawberries, fluffy whipped cream, and vibrant blueberries, perfect for summer celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cups Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together.
  3. Add eggs, milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Let the cakes cool in the pans for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, layer the cakes with whipped cream, strawberries, and blueberries. Top with more whipped cream and decorate with additional fruit.
  7. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries and blueberries for the best flavor. Ensure cakes are completely cooled before layering.
