- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
- 1 cup Strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 2 cups Whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together.
- Add eggs, milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool in the pans for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, layer the cakes with whipped cream, strawberries, and blueberries. Top with more whipped cream and decorate with additional fruit.
- Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
