Ingredients
Scale
- 34 OREO cookies (reserve 4 for garnish, optional)
- 8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese, room temperature
- 7 ounces white and/or milk baking chocolate
Instructions
- Crush the OREOs in a food processor or a sealed bag using a rolling pin. Reserve 4 cookies for garnish.

- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the baking sheet in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes to firm up the balls.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off, then place back on the parchment paper.
- Immediately sprinkle reserved crushed OREOs or colorful sprinkles on top of the chocolate.
- Chill the baking sheet again until the chocolate coating firms up.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
