Description

These easy-to-make 3-Ingredient No-Bake Oreo Balls combine Oreo cookies with cream cheese and a chocolate coating for a delightful dessert that will impress both kids and adults.


Ingredients

  • 34 OREO cookies (reserve 4 for garnish, optional)
  • 8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 7 ounces white and/or milk baking chocolate

Instructions

  1. Crush the OREOs in a food processor or a sealed bag using a rolling pin. Reserve 4 cookies for garnish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies with the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the baking sheet in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes to firm up the balls.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off, then place back on the parchment paper.
  7. Immediately sprinkle reserved crushed OREOs or colorful sprinkles on top of the chocolate.
  8. Chill the baking sheet again until the chocolate coating firms up.
