  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken: Grill or pan-fry the chicken over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until it’s fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  3. Warm the pita: In a dry skillet, warm the pita bread for around 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Spread a dollop of tzatziki sauce on each warmed pita, then layer with sliced chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, and crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Roll and serve: Fold the sides of the pita inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately.
