- 16 oz chocolate chip cookie dough, room temperature
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 40 double-stuffed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 36 oz brownie mix (2 boxes), batter prepared according to package instructions
- Whipped cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC) and line a 9ร13 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Press the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth. Spread over the cookie layer.
- Layer double-stuffed cookies over the cheesecake layer.
- Pour prepared brownie batter on top and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan and then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Lift out, slice, and serve with whipped cream, if desired.
Notes
For a visually appealing presentation, dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries. For drinks, coffee or milk pairs well.
