- 2 cups Bell peppers, sliced (red, green, yellow)
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fajita seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4–6 Tortillas
- Toppings (sour cream, cheese, guacamole, etc.) as desired
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients: Start by slicing the chicken, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips.
- Season the chicken and vegetables: In a large bowl, toss the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry the mixture: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Prepare the tortillas: While the fajitas are cooking, warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet until pliable.
- Serve: Once cooked, remove the fajitas from the air fryer and serve them on the warmed tortillas with your desired toppings.
