Description
Healthy and crispy chicken tenders made in an air fryer, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works best for extra crunch)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray or a drizzle of oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Your favorite dipping sauces: honey mustard, ranch, or spicy mayo
Instructions
- Prep the chicken: Rinse the chicken tenders under cold water and pat them dry. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Set up your breading station: Prepare three shallow dishes with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Air fry like a pro: Dip each chicken tender in flour, then egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. Place in a single layer in the air fryer. Spray with cooking spray and set to 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve & enjoy: Remove the tenders from the air fryer, let them rest, garnish with parsley, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For best flavor, use high-quality chicken and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
