A delightful twist on classic deviled eggs made in an air fryer, providing a creamy filling with a crispy edge.

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mash until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Place the filled eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove and garnish with paprika before serving.
Notes
Fresh eggs are harder to peel; use older eggs for easier peeling. Adjust seasonings according to taste preferences.
