Description

A delightful twist on classic deviled eggs made in an air fryer, providing a creamy filling with a crispy edge.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mash until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Place the filled eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove and garnish with paprika before serving.

Notes

Fresh eggs are harder to peel; use older eggs for easier peeling. Adjust seasonings according to taste preferences.
