- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Slice the pickles to your preferred thickness.
- Combine cornmeal, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each pickle slice in the eggs and coat with the cornmeal mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer and spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from air fryer and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
