Description

Ingredients

  • Dill pickles (or any type of pickles you prefer)
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Slice the pickles to your preferred thickness.
  2. Combine cornmeal, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each pickle slice in the eggs and coat with the cornmeal mixture.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer and spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  9. Remove from air fryer and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
