Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Add the lime juice and salt to the avocado. Mash with a fork until you reach your desired consistency.
- Gently fold in the red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and tomato.
- Taste the guacamole. Add more salt or lime juice if needed.
