Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well, then mix in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples, nuts, and raisins.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto prepared sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool on sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
