- 1 package (14 oz) caramel candies, unwrapped
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Wooden sticks or skewers for apples
Instructions
- Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Remove stems and insert wooden sticks into each apple.
- In a medium saucepan, combine caramel candies and water. Heat over medium-low, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- Dip each apple into the melted caramel, ensuring an even coating. Let excess drip off.
- Place the coated apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to set for 15-20 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over each apple.
- Mix ground cinnamon and graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the white chocolate.
- Allow the apples to set completely before serving.
