Description

Delightful caramel apples infused with the flavors of apple pie, topped with white chocolate and graham cracker crumbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Wooden sticks or skewers for apples

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Remove stems and insert wooden sticks into each apple.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine caramel candies and water. Heat over medium-low, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Dip each apple into the melted caramel, ensuring an even coating. Let excess drip off.
  4. Place the coated apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to set for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Drizzle melted white chocolate over each apple.
  7. Mix ground cinnamon and graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the white chocolate.
  8. Allow the apples to set completely before serving.
