- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
- Add the chopped cabbage, bell pepper, and carrots, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add the snap peas and green onions, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste; toss everything together to combine.
- Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
Customize your veggies based on what you have on hand. This dish can easily be made gluten-free by using tamari instead of soy sauce.
