Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Use a fork to mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
- Add lime juice and salt, mixing well.
- Stir in the diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño if using.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, lime juice, and pepper.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
