Ingredients

  • 1 package tortellini
  • 1 cup butternut squash, diced
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
