A flavorful dish combining zesty Cajun salmon with a creamy avocado lime sauce, perfect for any dinner occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by mashing the avocado and mixing in lime juice and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  6. Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and top with the avocado lime sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.

Notes

For a milder spice, choose a mild Cajun blend. Adjust baking times for different salmon fillet thicknesses.
