- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté fresh spinach until wilted.
- Pour in the Alfredo sauce and mix until well combined.
- Gently add the baked meatballs to the skillet and coat them in the sauce.
- Serve warm over pasta or alone as a heartwarming meal.
