Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  3. Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté fresh spinach until wilted.
  5. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and mix until well combined.
  6. Gently add the baked meatballs to the skillet and coat them in the sauce.
  7. Serve warm over pasta or alone as a heartwarming meal.

Notes

Ensure the chicken mixture isn’t too wet; adjust breadcrumbs if necessary. Experiment with herbs for added flavor.
