- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillet on it.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon bakes, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and chopped parsley to the saucepan, stirring constantly until the sauce begins to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the sauce from heat and set aside.
- Once the salmon is done baking, transfer it to a serving plate.
- Pour the lemon butter cream sauce over the salmon and serve hot.

For the best flavor, use fresh salmon and monitor the cooking time closely to avoid overbaking.
