Description

A luxurious yet simple dish featuring tender salmon paired with a zesty lemon butter cream sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillet on it.
  3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. While the salmon bakes, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and chopped parsley to the saucepan, stirring constantly until the sauce begins to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove the sauce from heat and set aside.
  8. Once the salmon is done baking, transfer it to a serving plate.
  9. Pour the lemon butter cream sauce over the salmon and serve hot.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh salmon and monitor the cooking time closely to avoid overbaking.
