Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the salmon generously with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the heavy cream, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
- Stir the sauce until it begins to thicken, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Once the salmon is done, transfer it to a serving plate and pour the lemon butter cream sauce over the top.
