Description

A flaky, tender baked salmon dish with a rich lemon butter cream sauce that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Season the salmon generously with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the heavy cream, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
  6. Stir the sauce until it begins to thicken, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  7. Once the salmon is done, transfer it to a serving plate and pour the lemon butter cream sauce over the top.

Notes

Choose fresh salmon for the best flavor and texture. Don’t overcook to keep it moist.
