Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake with ripe bananas, caramel sauce, and crunchy nuts, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the mashed bananas, caramel sauce, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set with a slight jiggle.
  7. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Just before serving, drizzle with extra caramel sauce if desired.

Notes

Allow cream cheese and eggs to reach room temperature to avoid lumps. Don’t overbake to ensure a creamy texture, and chill properly for flavor and consistency.
