- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the mashed bananas, caramel sauce, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set with a slight jiggle.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Just before serving, drizzle with extra caramel sauce if desired.
