- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
- Mix in the baking soda and pinch of salt.
- Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until mixed well.
- Gradually mix in the flour until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for better sweetness and flavor. Store in an airtight container for freshness.
