Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and pinch of salt.
  5. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until mixed well.
  6. Gradually mix in the flour until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.
