- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- In a pan, cook the chicken breast until golden and cooked through, then slice it.
- Steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
- Assemble the bowls with rice, vegetables, and chicken. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for a few hours before cooking for extra flavor. Adjust the level of spiciness in the sauce by adding more sriracha or reducing it, based on your preference.
