Description

Quick and flavorful Bang Bang Chicken Bowls made with tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy spicy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. In a pan, cook the chicken breast until golden and cooked through, then slice it.
  4. Steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
  5. Assemble the bowls with rice, vegetables, and chicken. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for a few hours before cooking for extra flavor. Adjust the level of spiciness in the sauce by adding more sriracha or reducing it, based on your preference.
