- 1 pound Chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (or more to taste)
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, keeping the pieces evenly spaced.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For best flavor, allow the chicken to marinate overnight. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
