- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil, for frying
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare your stations: mix flour, salt, and pepper in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs in a third.
- Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and fry chicken strips for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Toss the cooked chicken strips in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or paprika to the flour mixture. Make the sauce ahead of time and store it in the fridge for quick meal prep.
