Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
- Push vegetables to the side and add the beaten eggs, scrambling until fully cooked.
- Add the cooked chicken and rice to the pan, stirring to combine.
- Pour in the bang bang sauce and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Cook for a few more minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
