Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, peas)
  • 3 tablespoons bang bang sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
  3. Push vegetables to the side and add the beaten eggs, scrambling until fully cooked.
  4. Add the cooked chicken and rice to the pan, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour in the bang bang sauce and soy sauce, mixing well.
  6. Cook for a few more minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve.
