Description

A flavorful dish combining ground turkey with vibrant veggies and a creamy, spicy sauce, perfect for a quick lunch or cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce. Set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil.
  4. Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Toss in chopped red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli; cook for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Remove from heat and mix in half of the bang bang sauce.
  8. Scoop cooked jasmine rice into bowls, top with the turkey and vegetable mixture, and drizzle remaining bang bang sauce.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For meal prep, cook turkey and veggies separately from rice. Use fresh veggies for better flavor.
