A delicious dish combining savory ground turkey with a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce on fluffy jasmine rice.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the turkey. Stir to combine.
- Add chopped bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli; cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Mix half of the bang bang sauce into the turkey and vegetables.
- Serve by placing jasmine rice in bowls, topping with the turkey mixture, and drizzling remaining bang bang sauce over each bowl.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
