Description

A delicious dish combining savory ground turkey with a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce on fluffy jasmine rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce. Set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the turkey. Stir to combine.
  6. Add chopped bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli; cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Mix half of the bang bang sauce into the turkey and vegetables.
  8. Serve by placing jasmine rice in bowls, topping with the turkey mixture, and drizzling remaining bang bang sauce over each bowl.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
