- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Stir gently.
- Add optional cilantro and green onions if desired.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a generous portion of BBQ chicken and coleslaw in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally for easier handling.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Warming the tortillas makes them more pliable and prevents tearing. You can also try adding extra veggies for crunch.
