Description

A delicious twist on the classic BBQ chicken and coleslaw, these wraps offer a satisfying and refreshing meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  2. Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Stir gently.
  3. Add optional cilantro and green onions if desired.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a generous portion of BBQ chicken and coleslaw in the center.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Cut each wrap in half diagonally for easier handling.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Warming the tortillas makes them more pliable and prevents tearing. You can also try adding extra veggies for crunch.
