- 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 2 cups Coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1/4 cup Sliced green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Mix in optional cilantro and green onions if using.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and add BBQ chicken and coleslaw mix in the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally to serve.
Notes
Warm tortillas slight before filling to prevent tearing; use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time.
