Description

A flavorful balance of smoky BBQ chicken and zesty coleslaw in a soft tortilla wrap, perfect for lunch, dinner, or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  2. Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  3. Mix in optional cilantro and green onions if using.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and add BBQ chicken and coleslaw mix in the center.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
  6. Cut each wrap in half diagonally to serve.

Notes

Warm tortillas slight before filling to prevent tearing; use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time.
