- 1 cup Homemade BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs or drumsticks with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil.
- Grill the chicken for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Brush the chicken with the homemade BBQ sauce during the last 5-10 minutes of grilling.
- Cook until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest before serving.
Notes
