Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken thighs or drumsticks
  • 1 cup Homemade BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs or drumsticks with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Brush the chicken with the homemade BBQ sauce during the last 5-10 minutes of grilling.
  5. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
  6. Remove from the grill and let it rest before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce for a few hours before grilling. Keep an eye on the chicken to prevent it from drying out.
