Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages Cream cheese, softened

  3. Beat the cream cheese with sugar until creamy. Add sour cream and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter into the cooled crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly wobbly.
  5. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for an hour.
  6. Chill the cheesecake by covering and refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve topped with fresh mixed berries.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter. Don’t overmix to prevent cracking.
