- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until smooth.
- Stir in the sour cream until well blended.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
- Arrange sliced peaches and mixed berries on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is slightly golden.
- Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
