- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon chopped thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a large baking dish.
- Pat the chicken dry and rub with olive oil; season with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.
- Scatter cranberries in the baking dish; pour orange juice and maple syrup (or honey) over cranberries.
