- 3 Large ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup Diced red onion
- 1/2 cup Diced tomato
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small Jalapeño pepper, finely diced (seeds removed)
- 2 Minced garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Add ripe avocados to a large mixing bowl. Using a potato masher or a large fork, mash the avocados until they reach a nearly smooth consistency.
- To the mashed avocados, add diced red onion, tomato, chopped cilantro, finely diced jalapeño, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix everything together gently until it’s evenly combined. Be careful not to over-mix; you want to keep some of that delicious avocado texture. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
