- 3 Ripe avocados
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Diced onion
- 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- 1 Finely chopped jalapeño (optional)
- 1 clove Minced garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork to your desired level of creaminess.
- Add lime juice, kosher salt, diced tomatoes, diced onion, chopped cilantro, and optionally jalapeño and garlic.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or lime juice if needed.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for Mexican dishes.
