Description

A classic dip that combines ripe avocados with zesty lime and fresh vegetables, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe avocados
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Diced onion
  • 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 Finely chopped jalapeño (optional)
  • 1 clove Minced garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork to your desired level of creaminess.
  3. Add lime juice, kosher salt, diced tomatoes, diced onion, chopped cilantro, and optionally jalapeño and garlic.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or lime juice if needed.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for Mexican dishes.
