Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the frozen rhubarb, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Spread this mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.

- Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is bubbly.
