Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the shrimp in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish, pour the marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers if preferred. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
