Description

Enjoy the iconic flavors of a Big Mac in a convenient wrap, perfect for lunch, dinner, or parties!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 flour tortillas (8–10 inches)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

  1. Brown the Ground Beef: Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and black pepper. Drain excess grease once browned.
  2. Warm the Tortillas: While your beef is cooking, warm the tortillas in the microwave or in the skillet for easy rolling.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat, sprinkle with cheese, then add warm beef, lettuce, pickles, onions, and drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
  4. Wrap It Up: Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly to secure.
  5. Slice and Serve: Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately for the best flavor!

Notes

Wraps are best served warm. Store leftovers tightly in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
