- 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Melt the unsalted butter and Biscoff cookie butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Take off heat, cool for 5 minutes, then whisk in the brown sugar.
- Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
