Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and Biscoff cookie butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  3. Take off heat, cool for 5 minutes, then whisk in the brown sugar.
  4. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Fold in white chocolate chips and crushed Biscoff cookies.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
