Description

Fluffy and savory bite-sized treats made with breakfast sausage and Bisquick, perfect for any gathering or meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, Bisquick mix, shredded cheese, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into balls the size of golf balls. Place on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Try different types of sausage or cheese for varied flavors. Freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
