Ingredients

- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, Bisquick mix, shredded cheese, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into balls the size of golf balls. Place on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Try different types of sausage or cheese for varied flavors. Freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
