- 4 oz white chocolate
- 2 oz blue curaçao liqueur
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped white chocolate until melted and smooth.
- Pour in blue curaçao liqueur and stir until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and let it chill for about 30 minutes.
- Once thickened, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls.
- Roll each truffle ball in shredded coconut to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate the coated truffles until firm.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
