Description

Decadent truffles bursting with creamy white chocolate and zesty blue curaçao, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz white chocolate
  • 2 oz blue curaçao liqueur
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in chopped white chocolate until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour in blue curaçao liqueur and stir until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and let it chill for about 30 minutes.
  5. Once thickened, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls.
  6. Roll each truffle ball in shredded coconut to coat evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the coated truffles until firm.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor. Non-alcoholic version possible with blue raspberry syrup.
