- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Combine blueberries with sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Mix rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Spread the blueberry mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
Notes
Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Can be stored in the fridge for 3 days or frozen for 3 months.
