- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in another bowl. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the blueberry filling evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
