  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and lemon juice.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and lemon zest.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
