Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  3. Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk eggs and then add milk, vegetable oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until just combined; gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter.
