- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper or jalapeño (optional)
Instructions
- Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes to soften.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Drain the Rotel tomatoes and stir them into the mixture.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and ranch seasoning, mixing until fully incorporated.
- If using, fold in cilantro, parsley, or diced peppers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
