Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  3. Add the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, then stir in the Dijon mustard and thyme.
