Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Vanilla Custard
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set this mixture aside.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Scoop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each to allow for spreading.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Once the cookies are cool, gently sandwich a dollop of vanilla custard between two cookies.
  8. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil until smooth. Drizzle over the cookie bites for a finishing touch.
