Description

A creamy and savory combination of Boursin cheese, crispy bacon, and fresh broccoli with tender gnocchi, perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package potato gnocchi
  • 4 oz Boursin cheese
  • 4 strips bacon, diced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the potato gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the diced bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked gnocchi with the bacon and broccoli, then add the Boursin cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and don’t rush the bacon cooking for crispiness.
